The first thing we want to say is that our hearts go out to all those affected by the virus spreading throughout the world. At Quality Control, Inc., we know that you are probably wondering what to do about the various services provided by local businesses at your Mount Airy or North Wilkesboro, North Carolina home. We want you to know that your health and wellbeing, as well as that of our employees, is of utmost importance to us during these uncertain times.

We know that while spending more time at home, you may have realized you have a pest problem that you do not want to leave untreated. While we do recommend foregoing interior service at this time, if your situation makes it necessary, you should know that we will follow extreme safety protocols, including wearing disposable gloves, keeping a proper distance from you and your family, and handling your pest problem as promptly as possible. For the safety of our employees, we will ask you to wait if it is not urgent or there is anyone in your household that is symptomatic or has been around someone who is ill or has tested positive.

As for exterior quarterly pest control customers, we can still perform this service for you. We are following the CDC’s recommendations and will not send anyone that has been tested positive or has been around someone that has.
