What services does your company offer?

We are a full-service pest control company, offering everything from general pest control to specialized treatments for specific insects (including roaches, bed bugs, spiders, ants, and more) as well as issues like termite infestations, rodent removal, and even moisture problems. We can also get rid of pests common to this area, such as stink bugs and ladybugs.

What are your standard hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

What types of certifications, licensure, or insurance does your company carry?

We are a fully certified, licensed, and insured pest control company. Beyond the standard licenses and certifications, we also have staff members who are NC Wildlife Damage Control Agents, as well as staff who are WDIR Accredited Inspectors certified through the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.

How long has your company been in business?

We have been serving the area for over 35 years.

Why should I work with your company?

In addition to having over 3 decades of experience, our team is locally owned and operated, so we can provide a level of customer service that’s difficult to get from big chains. We help our customers maintain a pest-free environment at affordable prices, and your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Do you work with commercial or residential properties?

We serve both commercial and residential customers, as well as industrial properties.

How often do I need to schedule pest control services?

This depends on the type of pest you are dealing with as well as the severity of the problem. Our team can assess your property and talk with you about the specifics once we have a better idea of what we are dealing with. For customers looking for general preventative pest control, we recommend quarterly or bi-annual treatments. We are always happy to work with you and create a pest control treatment plan based on your specific needs.

Are your treatments safe for my family and/or pets?

Yes – our technicians follow detailed safety protocols and are extensively trained. We also use products that are regulated and have been approved for residential use. If there are any specific safety instructions (such as needing to vacate the property for a specific amount of time), our team will provide those instructions prior to treatment, and we also leave follow-up instructions if necessary.

What preparation steps do I need to take before you arrive for a treatment?

We kindly ask that you ensure the area we are treating is free from clutter and fully accessible for our technicians. For treatments around your home interior, you should remove food items from the area or ensure food is well sealed in air-tight containers. Please also put away pet food and bowls. If there are specific instructions for your treatment, our team will communicate those with you prior to your treatment, so you are fully prepared.

What is a WDIR, and why would I need one?

A Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) is an official document that details any evidence of an active or previous infestation of wood-destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, or powder post beetles. A WDIR is often a requirement for real estate transactions, and it is something we offer as part of our real estate inspection services.

Do your WDIR services include damage repair?

No – our team will assess the property for evidence of infestations, but we do not offer repair services. We can assist you with removal or treatment, but you will need to work with a contractor to address any damage.

What is a Real Estate Pest Inspection?

This type of inspection is specifically designed for home buyers or sellers. We identify existing pest problems as well as detail evidence of any prior infestations. Our team also includes a Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) as part of our real estate pest inspection services, which details signs of current or previous wood-destroying insects like termites and carpenter ants. This report and inspection is a key stage of a real estate transaction, providing clarity into the condition of the property.

Why is moisture control part of your pest control services?

Many people don’t realize that moisture problems are a big contributor to pest problems. Excess moisture, especially in areas like the crawlspace, can attract a wide range of pests, including termites, roaches, and ants. Addressing moisture issues is often a key part of a comprehensive pest control plan.

Can you assist with bed bug removal?

Yes – our team offers a number of specialized pest control services, including for bed bugs. We know how easily these pests can spread and reproduce, so our treatments are designed to end the infestation and kill them at every stage of life.

Where are bed bugs commonly found?

Obviously, beds are a common place to find bed bugs, but they are also commonly found on other upholstered furniture like chairs and couches, as well as in areas like under floorboards or carpeting or behind baseboards. Bed bugs are skilled hitchhikers and can easily and rapidly spread via luggage or even clothing.

Do you offer rodent or wildlife removal services?

Yes, our team can assist with rodent removal for your home or business. We also have NC Wildlife Damage Control Agents on staff who can assist with certain wildlife problems. If you have a question about a specific animal, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer bee or stinging insect removal and treatment services?

Yes – our team can assist with bee and wasp removals, helping protect you and your family from painful stings as well as property damage from nesting activity.
